Window and Screen Cleaning

Most people purchase or lease their homes, apartments or businesses based on the light that streams into the space when they first see the property. Tenants assume landlords will clean the windows, but this is rarely a service built into most leases and owners quickly find that they don’t have the tools, time and cleaning solutions to quickly and effectively handle the job. Owners/Landlords know they must do it themselves or find someone to do it for them while encountering the same problems as tenants. • We use exterior window solutions that provide spot free results.
• We clean interior windows by applying a window cleaning solution then use a squeegee to remove. For unique size windows we simply use a glass cleaning product and paper towels to remove.
• We’ll also clean your screens either by using our steam cleaning equipment or literally washing the screens by hand.
